+Grieving the Loss of a Spouse: This non-denominational program will run for 6 Tuesday evenings (July 28th-Sept. 1st) from 6-8 p.m. with social distancing protocols in place at Catholic Family Services, 523 N. Duluth Ave. This program is for adults who have lost a spouse and are trying to cope with the pain of separation and loss. Role change and loneliness are secondary losses which can complicate the grieving process. The program will offer assistance in coping with this change and making healthy readjustments.
