Our pastorate will celebrate Mass on All Souls' Day (Sat., November 2nd) at Mount Olivet Cemetery at 9:30 a.m. Please bring your own chair. In case of rain or snow, the Mass will be held at St. Magdalen Parish in Lennox.
Friday, Nov. 1st is All Saints' Day, a holy day of obligation. Here is the Mass schedule for our pastorate:
Thursday, Oct. 31st: Vigil Masses at 5:30 p.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Parish and at 6 p.m. at St. Magdalen Parish
Friday, Nov. 1st: Masses at 6:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. at St. Nicholas Parish; at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Parish; and at 7 p.m. at St. Christina Parish
Please note: Because of the holy day Masses, there will be no 8 a.m. daily Mass at St. Katharine Drexel Parish on Thursday, Oct. 31st, and no 8 a.m. daily Mass at St. Nicholas Parish on Friday, Nov. 1st.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN OUR PASTORATE
· Pastorate Facilities Director: (part-time) The person in this position will animate stewardship and care of our physical buildings in all 4 parishes by running parish-level committees concerned with our facilities. They will help animate volunteer efforts, keep me informed of these efforts, and coordinate with contractors when needed. Key skills are communication and organization with general facility knowledge. This position requires 20 hours a month.
· Director of Youth Ministries for the Pastorates of St. Francis of Assisi and Our Lady of Victory (St. Michael Parish & St. George Parish): The person in this position will animate our parish-level ministries as well as create and host monthly large group events. Additionally, they will coordinate with other area Catholic youth ministers for events like Steubenville, mission trips, etc. This is a full-time position with educational requirements.

Welcome to our St. Francis of Assisi Pastorate webpage! Our parishes include St. Christina Parish in Parker, St. Katharine Drexel Parish in Sioux Falls, St. Magdalen Parish in Lennox, and St. Nicholas Parish in Tea. Our pastor is Fr. Andrew Dickinson, our parochial vicars are Fr. Nick Haiar and Fr. Tyler Mattson, and our deacon is Deacon Pat Derrington. The priests rotate between parishes on a monthly basis. Please know that you can reach out to any of the priests or Deacon Pat (or invite them over for supper) anytime--not just during their month at your parish.

St. Katharine Drexel Parish: Saturdays @ 5 p.m., Sundays @ 8:30 a.m. & 10:30 a.m., Tuesdays @ 6 p.m., Wednesdays-Fridays @ 8 a.m.
St. Magdalen Parish: Sundays @ 8:30 a.m., Wednesdays & Fridays @ 9 a.m.
