+”Unplanned” is the inspiring true story of one woman’s journey of transformation from being one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation to joining her former enemies at 40 Days For Life and becoming one of the most ardent pro-life speakers in America. This movie will continue to play at Century East at Dawley Farm Theaters through at least Wed., April 24th. +St. Mary Parish Turkey Dinner will be Sun., April, 28th from 10:45 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Take-outs will be available from 10:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m. Cost: Adult $8 in advance, $9 at the door, Child (4-11) $5 in advance, $8 at door. Tickets will be available after all weekend Masses at St. Mary Parish on April 6th & 7th and April 13th & 14th, and April 27th at 4 p.m. No Easter Sunday sales. +O'Gorman High School proudly presents Disney's “Newsies”! This Broadway show is full of energetic group numbers that will simply "Seize the day!" Come seize the day on Tues., April 30th, or Thurs.-Sat., May 2nd, 3rd & 4th at 7 p.m. There will also be a matinee on Sat., May 4th at 2 p.m. All seats reserved. +Attention Baby Boomers! St. Michael Catholic Cemetery and the Knights of Columbus are holding an End of Life Seminar: "What's Your Plan" on Sunday, May 5th at Holy Spirit Parish from 12-3 p.m. The seminar will be held in the lower level. Topics include “Planning a Proper Catholic Funeral,” “Long- Term Care,” “Estate Planning,” “Ethical Medial Law,” and “Pre-Planning Your Funeral.”

+Nacel Open Door is seeking host families for French students (boys and girls ages 14-17) who will arrive at the Sioux Falls Airport on Sat., June 22nd for a 4-week cultural experience. +Walking Rosary is held on the first Friday of every month at St. Michael Cemetery (rain or shine) beginning at 10 a.m. Please gather at the Chapel on the west side of the office. When the weather doesn't cooperate, we stay in the Chapel.

Catholic Daughters Court Mother Teresa
 awards a $300 scholarship annually to a graduating senior attending a post-secondary school in the fall semester. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, May 1st. Application forms for the scholarship are now available in the Parish Office.




 St. Katharine Drexel Parish serves supper at the St. Francis House (1301 E. Austin St.) on    the 3rd Friday evening of each month. Four people are needed to come at 5:30 p.m. to help make and serve supper and 3 people are needed to bake goodies for dessert. The    sign-up sheets for May is available in the Gathering Space.


You are invited to join members of our parish at 3 p.m. on Fridays and Sundays in front of Planned Parenthood (6511 W. 41st Street) to pray for a greater respect for all human life from conception to natural death. We pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Rosary and would love to have you join us.
